Homemade Vegan Pasta

This recipe was simple, easy, and delicious. Before leaving the East Coast, my mother gave me a pasta maker. A very nice, professional pasta maker. As a lover of cooking, I was ecstatic to have this device! Annnd, then it sat in a cabinet, hidden away, collecting dust for months and .


Since moving to Texas, I have found some of my days jam packed full of cooking and baking anything and everything from scratch.

My Review:


Easy, delicious, and made wayyy too much. Good if you are planning on making a very large pasta dinner or if you plan on cooking all the pasta at once. You may need to add more oil and flour into the mix, as the dough can be a little dry and the noodles easily stick together. However, still very good and is a softer option than store bought. Enjoy!
